Maintenance plan
The Comfort Club: scheduled care for the systems you rely on
Annual or bi-annual tune-ups, priority scheduling, repair discounts and help with energy rebates, for homes and for property owners.
Chapter 01
What the Paul's Air FX Comfort Club includes
The Comfort Club is the preventive maintenance plan from Paul's AIR FX. It has four parts: Annual or bi-annual precision tune-ups; Priority scheduling in peak seasons; Repair discounts and waived diagnostic fees; and Energy rebate assistance.
Tune-ups are the center of it. A precision tune-up finds wear before it turns into a failure, which is the difference between a scheduled visit and a no-heat call in January. Priority scheduling matters most when everyone is calling at once, in a heat wave or the first hard freeze.
Repair discounts and waived diagnostic fees round it out. Call the office to ask how the plan fits your equipment.

Why preventive care matters in Yakima's climate
Yakima summers hover in the 90s and winters regularly dip below freezing, so a heat pump or furnace gets worked hard in both directions. Add seasonal dust from the orchards, and filters and coils collect more than they would in a milder, cleaner place.
Preventive care aims at two things: extending the life of the system and keeping it efficient. A system that has been looked after runs closer to the way it was built to run, and when a part does give out, it tends to be found at a scheduled visit instead of in the middle of the night.
Chapter 03
Maintenance contracts for property owners
Barry M keeps 24 rental properties running on a maintenance contract with Paul's AIR FX.
In his words, quoted on their site: “Have maintenance contract on 24 rental properties for all heating and AC and gas appliances.” He adds: “They are extremely competent.”
Owners with rentals, apartments or a business to keep running can ask the office about preventive maintenance. The commercial side of Paul's AIR FX offers preventive maintenance plans and a 24/7 emergency line for businesses.
Rebate help from the office
Part of the plan is Energy rebate assistance: help qualifying for the programs offered through utilities that partner with HVAC providers.
Raeleen Wehrman had that experience when Paul's AIR FX replaced her heat pump. She wrote in a Google review: “Amanda, in the office, applied for a Wattsmart incentive for us, and we got it!”
Programs change from year to year, so ask the office which ones are open for your system.
“Save me money by keeping maintenance up with change of seasons.” Barry M, quoted on their site.
