Towns Paul's AIR FX covers, from Yakima to the Tri-Cities
Yakima is renowned as the “Heart of Central Washington” and a hub of agriculture, from apples and hops to award-winning wineries. The crew works out of Yakima and drives to the Valley, Kittitas County and the Tri-Cities for homes, businesses and industrial sites.
Home base
Yakima Valley
The office is in Yakima, so this is where same-day dispatch starts. Summers here hover in the 90s and winter nights often fall below freezing, which means every system works hard twice a year.

Yakima
Our home base
The shop, the stocked trucks and the office are all on South 2nd Avenue. Furnaces, heat pumps and central air for older craftsman houses and new builds, plus rooftop units for downtown storefronts.
West Valley
Hot, dry summers make cooling the long season here. Ductless mini-splits suit additions and detached shops, and a dusty orchard season is a good reason to look at air filtration.
Terrace Heights
Homes here feel the August heat and the January cold. We replace worn-out heat pumps and furnaces and tighten up leaky ductwork.
Selah
Homes and small businesses north of Yakima call us for AC repair when the dry heat arrives and for furnace tune-ups before the first freeze.
Naches
Winter nights here can fall below freezing, so heating is the priority. Furnace and boiler service, plus heat pump installs with a solid backup heat source.
Union Gap
A mix of homes and commercial buildings just south of the shop. Quick to reach for repairs, and a good fit for the Comfort Club maintenance visits.
North and west over the pass
Kittitas County
From Ellensburg up to Cle Elum and across to the Columbia, summers are warm and dry and winters are cold and often windy. Homes in the valley lose heat fast, so sealing and ducts are part of the conversation as often as equipment is.
Ellensburg
Near Central Washington University
Neighborhoods around the university, D Street, Craig's Hill, Reecer Creek and Broadmoor see dry summers and chilly winters with big swings between day and night. Heat pump installs and furnace swaps are the common jobs, and an AeroBarrier seal keeps the heat from leaking out.
Cle Elum
West First Street, Interstate 90, Suncadia Resort
Warm summers and freezing winter nights mean heating does most of the work. We install and service furnaces, boilers and heat pumps for homes and rural properties in upper Kittitas County.
South Cle Elum
Same freezing winter nights as Cle Elum next door. Houses with older ducts or a furnace past its prime are the usual calls.
Roslyn
West Pennsylvania Avenue
Older homes and mountain properties with cold winters and warm summers. We work on heating first, then add cooling or ductless where the house has no ducts to use.
Ronald
A small community between Roslyn and Cle Elum where winter heat is the priority. Furnace and heat pump service, and duct inspections for homes that never quite warm up.
Easton
Cold winters in upper Kittitas County make a reliable heating system and a well-sealed house the priorities. We handle furnace and heat pump work and AeroBarrier sealing.
Thorp
Thorp Highway, the Yakima River, Thorp Fruit & Antique Mall
A quiet farming community with warm, dry summers and cold, windy winters. Rural homes stretching toward Blue Ridge and Hayward Hill call us for heat pump replacements, duct repair and furnace service.
Vantage
Vantage Bridge, Wanapum Lake, the Columbia River
Hot, dry summers and cold, windy winters out on the Columbia. Cooling capacity matters here as much as heat, and we size both to the building.
Southeast of Yakima
Tri-Cities
Kennewick, Pasco and Richland run hot and dry through the summer and turn cold in the winter. Cooling load drives most of the work, from home heat pumps to commercial kitchens and rooftop units.
Kennewick
Columbia Center Boulevard, Highway 395
Hot, dry summers and cold winters for homes and businesses around Columbia Center Boulevard and Highway 395. We replace aging air conditioners and heat pumps and service rooftop units.
Pasco
Road 68, Court Street
Hot, dry summers and chilly winters, in neighborhoods and surrounding farm communities. Residential, commercial and industrial work all fit here, including chillers and kitchen ventilation.
Richland
George Washington Way, Queensgate
Extreme summer heat and cool winters in the neighborhoods around George Washington Way and Queensgate. We do heat pump and furnace installs, ductless systems and duct sealing.
